Our standard venue fees range between $4,500 – $15,000 depending upon day of the week and the time of the year. Because we are independently owned and operated, circumstances occasionally allow us to offer dynamic pricing subject to availability and F&B minimums.
Venue rental rates for the Julia Morgan Ballroom include the use of the bar and lounge, all breakout rooms and the entire 15th floor.
