Led by our Director of Operations, Bay Area super chef Chris Fernandez, the cuisine at the Julia Morgan Ballroom draws from the Bay Area’s rich culinary tradition with exciting and subtle perspectives borne of Fernandez’s decades at the helm of many of the region’s greatest restaurants. Originality, creativity and precision inform every selection on our seasonally rotating menus. Each selection, developed by Fernandez and executive chef David Feldman with your input, becomes part of a fully harmonized event program that will both impress and satisfy your guests.
